Customer Service

Shipping

You can view an estimate of shipping costs after the add to cart and filling out your location info to calculate shipping to your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed before confirming your order.

Returns

Paper and Poly will accept returns on all unopened and resalable cartons for a period not to exceed 2 weeks from the original ship date. All returned items must be approved by our service department with an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The Buyer is responsible for all freight costs incurred for the return shipment to Paper and Poly. One exception to this is if we are responsible for example shipping an incorrect product. However We carefully confirm and double check each order as it is being prepared for shipping.  RMA’s may be obtained by contacting us via email at sales@paperandpoly.com or by faxing your request to 866-531-9652. Please include your order or invoice number when requesting a return.

How are products delivered to me?.

Our standard delivery method is UPS or FedEx. (Will Call) Hold for pick up is available, please call first to make arrangements

What is your refund or exchange policy? Refunds are approved for up to 2 weeks after the order is placed provided the product is unopened and in re-sellable condition. All refunds must be approved with an RGA #. Please email sales@paperandpoly.com with your order number and the product item number you are requesting a refund on. Refunds are given only for full case amounts. No partial case quantities can be refunded. Thank You.
